Terms of Use — THIRDTAKE

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using THIRDTAKE, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What THIRDTAKE does

THIRDTAKE provides an AI-assisted review of conversation text. It may identify communication patterns, valid points, escalation, context limitations, and alternative wording. The output is designed as a communication aid and perspective tool.

3. Not professional advice

THIRDTAKE does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

4. Your content and permissions

You are responsible for the screenshots and conversation content you choose to process. You should only submit content that you are legally permitted to use. You retain your rights in your content. You grant THIRDTAKE the limited permission necessary to process that content for the purpose of providing the requested review.

5. Free Full Call

THIRDTAKE may provide one Full Call without a paid subscription. Free access can be subject to technical usage controls and may change in future app versions.

6. THIRDTAKE Plus subscription

THIRDTAKE Plus is an auto-renewable monthly subscription. The current app version includes 30 Full Calls during each monthly subscription period, together with the paid features described in the app.

The price shown in the app is the localized App Store price that applies to your Apple account storefront.
Payment is charged to your Apple account when the purchase is confirmed.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple account before renewal.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store subscription settings.
Unused monthly Full Calls do not roll over into the next subscription period.
Restoring purchases can be used to recover an eligible active subscription on a supported device.

7. Usage limits

Usage limits are enforced by THIRDTAKE's backend. A Full Call can be reserved while a review is running and counted when the review is successfully completed. THIRDTAKE may use reasonable anti-abuse controls to protect the service and its usage limits.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse THIRDTAKE, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls or usage limits, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, use the service to violate another person's rights, or use it for unlawful activity.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of THIRDTAKE. Features, limits, pricing, and supported services may change, subject to applicable App Store rules and law.

10. Intellectual property

THIRDTAKE, its branding, interface, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of THIRDTAKE or its technology to you.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THIRDTAKE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that every review will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for your circumstances.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THIRDTAKE and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the app.

13. Apple App Store

If you obtained THIRDTAKE through Apple's App Store, Apple's applicable App Store terms and standard end-user license terms also apply where required. Apple handles billing, subscription management, refunds, and related App Store purchase processes according to Apple's rules.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as THIRDTAKE changes. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
